If you make an appointment for a massage, I assume that you have taken note of the conditions below and agree to them.
Cancel appointment
Since I have a limited number of places per day, I want to handle them carefully. Therefore, the following simple rules apply:
Canceling an appointment is free of charge up to 24 hours before the start, after which half the rate will be charged. This also applies to missed appointments. If you are unexpectedly unable to attend, are unwell or are ill, it is permitted to have someone else attend the massage appointment in your place. You can cancel 24 hours before the appointment via the link in the confirmation email received, after which please only by telephone.
Code of conduct
For the sake of peace and quiet, I would kindly ask you to switch off or silence mobile phones, pagers, etc. just before the start of the massage. If you arrive late, the practice has the right to shorten this time of your treatment for the same fee. fee. It is forbidden to touch the masseur at all times! After one warning, I have the right to immediately cancel the massage and charge the full amount. Payment method
Payments can be made in cash or via a telephone payment request. Price changes are subject to change. The use of materials during the treatment such as towels and oil are included.
Personal data and privacy protection
Before a first massage/treatment, I will briefly ask a number of questions to get acquainted and to identify any complaints. Based on this, I will draw up a treatment plan if necessary. The costs are free. Any information you provide before or during the massage will be treated confidentially by me and will never be provided to third parties without your permission. Liability
The practitioner/masseur is not liable for damage of any nature whatsoever and/or caused because the practitioner/masseur relied on incorrect and/or incomplete information provided by the client about relevant physical conditions, medication use, work or leisure activities. I will cover clothing as best as possible, but I am not responsible for any oil stains. Are you under the care of a doctor, physiotherapist, specialist or other, and/or do you use medication? Please consult them to determine whether you may be massaged during the treatment period. If you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, I recommend that you book a pregnancy massage. Belde Massage Salon will never claim to be able to cure certain diseases or conditions and will never advise to stop or change a regular medication or treatment recommended by a doctor.Belde Massage Salon refrains from making medical diagnoses. Advice and treatments are based on knowledge of Wellness Massage. If I consider it necessary, I can refer you to a GP, physiotherapist or sports masseur. Gift voucher
It is possible to purchase a gift voucher at the massage practice. You can choose the amount of the gift voucher yourself. The gift voucher is valid for 2 years. The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
Complaints procedure
Belde Massage Salon is affiliated with the NGS Complaints Service Wkkgz.
I am dissatisfied with my visit to the masseur. What can I do?
Masseurs include: sports masseurs, wellness masseurs and sports care masseurs.
Step 1. Discuss your dissatisfaction with the masseur
If you are not satisfied with the communication, the quality or something the masseur has done or not done, discuss this with the masseur first. As long as the masseur does not know that you are dissatisfied, the masseur cannot do anything about your dissatisfaction. If you cannot reach an agreement together or if you find it difficult to have a conversation with the masseur, you can contact the complaints officer.
Step 2. Contact the complaints officer
The complaints officer can help you find the right way to handle your complaint. The complaints officer is impartial and independent and listens, informs, advises and can try to mediate between you and the masseur. The complaints officer does not make a decision about who is right. If the problem or complaint has not been resolved to your satisfaction after the complaints officer has been deployed, the complaints officer can inform you about other options available to submit your complaint, such as the complaints committee or the disputes committee.

Cost
There are no costs associated with the use of the complaints officer. However, a condition for the use of the complaints officer is that the masseur must be a member of the Dutch Society for Sports Massage and/or affiliated with the NGS Complaints Service Wkkgz.
